Informativa sulla Privacy

Ai sensi e per gli effetti del Regolamento (UE) n. 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo e del Consiglio del 27 aprile 2016 relativo alla protezione delle persone fisiche con riferimento al trattamento dei dati personali, nonché alla libera circolazione di tali dati (Regolamento generale sulla protezione dei dati, di seguito, anche, “Regolamento” o “GDPR”) e che abroga la Direttiva 95/46/CE, La informiamo che i dati personali da Lei volontariamente messi a disposizione di Jungle saranno oggetto di trattamento nel rispetto della vigente normativa in materia di protezione dei dati personali e, comunque, dei principi di riservatezza cui è ispirata l’attività dell’azienda.
1. Titolare del trattamento
Titolare del trattamento è Jungle . (C.F. e P.IVA 17649291006), con sede legale in Roma, in Via Elio Donato 25 : +39 3914314605 , e-mail: [email protected] (di seguito “Jungle”).
2. Dato personale
Per dato personale si intende qualsiasi informazione che La riguarda ed è a Lei riferibile, ivi comprese quelle indicate all’art. 9 del Regolamento, denominate “categorie particolari di dati personali”, quali ad esempio i dati genetici e biometrici, le informazioni relative alla salute, all’origine razziale o etnica, alle opinioni politiche, alle convinzioni religiose o filosofiche, all’appartenenza sindacale (di seguito i “Dati”).
Nello specifico:
Dati raccolti al momento dell’iscrizione.
Le verranno richiesti i Suoi Dati identificativi, tra cui nome, cognome e indirizzo e-mail.
Eventuali Dati raccolti durante l’iscrizione e/o partecipazione ad una attività Jungle
Attraverso videoriprese, registrazioni sonore e fotografie potranno essere raccolti filmati, registrazioni vocali e immagini (in base alla tipologia di attività organizzata).
3. Finalità del trattamento
Il trattamento dei Suoi Dati è finalizzato:
a) all’iscrizione e alla partecipazione all’attività;
b) all’invio di comunicazioni di servizio, quali la conferma e il promemoria dell’iscrizione all’attività;
c) all’eventuale pubblicazione e/o diffusione in qualsiasi forma, a fini informativi e/o promozionali, dei filmati, delle registrazioni vocali e delle immagini che La ritraggono durante le attività svolte nel contesto delle attività sul sito internet dell’azienda, su carta stampata
e/o su qualsiasi altro mezzo di diffusione (a seconda della tipologia di attività organizzata) per testimoniare la realizzazione dell’attività e promuovere l’attività svolta in tale contesto da Jungle;
d) per finalità di marketing di Jungle , vale a dire per inviarle newsletter promozionali, comunicazioni commerciali e/o pubblicitarie (chiamate
telefoniche e invio di e-mail contenenti materiale pubblicitario relativo a, convegni ed eventi divulgativi, culturali o commerciali offerti o pubblicizzati da Jungle;
e) alla comunicazione a soggetti terzi e aziende partner dell’ azienda che hanno collaborato alla realizzazione delle attività, per l’invio di eventuali comunicazioni commerciali aventi ad oggetto propri servizi/prodotti attinenti all’attività stessa;
4. Base giuridica del trattamento
Il trattamento dei Suoi Dati per le finalità a) e b), indicate al precedente punto 3., trova base giuridica nel legittimo interesse dell’azienda di assicurare il normale svolgimento delle attività. Il trattamento dei Suoi Dati per la finalità c), indicata al precedente punto 3., trova base giuridica nel legittimo interesse dell’azienda di testimoniare la realizzazione dei suoi eventi e promuovere l’attività svolta in tale contesto. Il trattamento dei Suoi Dati per le finalità d), e) e f) indicate al precedente punto 3., trova base giuridica nel Suo consenso specifico, che Lei è libero di prestare o meno e che può, comunque, revocare in qualsiasi momento.
5. Natura del conferimento dei Dati e conseguenze di un eventuale rifiuto
Con riferimento alle finalità indicate al precedente punto 3., lettere a), b) e c), il conferimento dei Suoi Dati ha natura obbligatoria, in quanto necessario ai fini della partecipazione alle attività. Pertanto, un Suo eventuale rifiuto a fornire i Suoi Dati comporterà l’impossibilità di partecipare all’attività stessa.
Con riferimento alla finalità indicata al precedente punto 3., lettera d), il conferimento dei Suoi Dati ha natura facoltativa. Un Suo eventuale rifiuto non Le impedirà di partecipare alle attività, ma comporterà semplicemente l’impossibilità per Jungle di trattare i Suoi Dati per finalità di marketing.
Con riferimento alla finalità indicata al precedente punto 3., lettera e), il conferimento dei Suoi Dati ha natura facoltativa. Un Suo eventuale rifiuto non Le impedirà di partecipare all’attività, ma comporterà semplicemente l’impossibilità per Jungle di trattare i Suoi Dati al fine della comunicazione a soggetti terzi e aziende partner dell’azienda che hanno collaborato alla realizzazione delle attività, per l’invio di eventuali comunicazioni commerciali aventi ad oggetto propri servizi/prodotti attinenti all’attività stessa.
Con riferimento alla finalità indicata al precedente punto 3., lettera f), il conferimento dei Suoi Dati ha natura facoltativa. Un Suo eventuale rifiuto non Le impedirà di partecipare all’esperienza, ma comporterà semplicemente l’impossibilità per Jungle di trattare i Suoi Dati al fine di valutare e prevedere aspetti riguardanti i Suoi interessi, preferenze e abitudini per offrirle prodotti e servizi sempre più mirati e adeguati.
6. Modalità del trattamento
Nell’ambito delle finalità indicate al precedente punto 3., il trattamento dei Suoi Dati, ivi incluso l’eventuale ritratto contenuto in filmati / registrazioni vocali / immagini, avverrà mediante strumenti elettronici, nel rispetto delle disposizioni normative in materia di trattamento dei dati personali, adottando le misure di sicurezza adeguate.
Il trattamento dei Suoi Dati sarà gestito da personale appositamente formato e istruito, proprio per garantirne l’adeguata sicurezza e riservatezza, nonché per evitare rischi di perdita e/o distruzione e accessi da parte di soggetti non autorizzati.
7. Comunicazione e diffusione dei Dati
I Suoi Dati potranno essere comunicati:
ai soggetti interni all’azienda appositamente autorizzati che svolgono attività connesse e strumentali alla gestione dei servizi richiesti;
a soggetti specificamente nominati Responsabili del trattamento;
a soggetti terzi e alle aziende partner dell’azienda coinvolti nella realizzazione dell’esperienza.
Nei limiti pertinenti alle finalità di trattamento sopraindicate, i Suoi Dati (filmati / registrazioni vocali / immagini) potranno essere oggetto di pubblicazione e/o diffusione in qualsiasi forma sul sito internet dell’azienda, sui canali social (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) e/o su qualsiasi altro mezzo di diffusione.
8. Periodo di conservazione dei Dati
I Suoi Dati saranno conservati per un arco di tempo non superiore al conseguimento delle finalità per le quali sono trattati, nel pieno rispetto del principio di limitazione della conservazione previsto dal Regolamento e/o per il tempo necessario per obblighi di legge.
La verifica sulla obsolescenza dei dati conservati in relazione alle finalità per cui sono stati raccolti viene effettuata periodicamente.
9. Diritti dell’interessato
Con riferimento ai Suoi Dati, Lei ha il diritto di chiedere all’azienda con le modalità indicate dal Regolamento:
l’accesso, nei casi previsti;
la rettifica dei Dati inesatti e l’integrazione di quelli incompleti;
la cancellazione dei Dati per i motivi previsti, come ad esempio quando non siano più necessari rispetto alle finalità sopra indicate o non siano trattati nel rispetto del Regolamento;
la limitazione di trattamento per le ipotesi previste, come nel caso si contesti l’esattezza dei Dati e occorra verificarne la correttezza;
la portabilità, vale a dire il diritto di ricevere, nei casi previsti, in un formato strutturato di uso comune e leggibile da un dispositivo automatico i Dati e di trasmettere detti Dati ad un altro titolare del trattamento;
l’opposizione al trattamento, nei casi previsti.
Le ricordiamo altresì che, con riferimento alle finalità indicate nel precedente punto 3. lettere d), e) e f), Lei ha il diritto di revocare il consenso al trattamento dei Suoi dati in qualsiasi momento, senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento basata sul consenso prestato prima della revoca.
10. Modalità di esercizio dei diritti
La informiamo che potrà esercitare i diritti di cui al precedente punto 9. Attraverso le seguenti modalità:

Il termine per la risposta è un (1) mese, prorogabile di due (2) mesi in caso di particolare complessità; in questi casi Jungle comunque fornisce almeno una comunicazione interlocutoria entro un (1) mese.
L’esercizio dei diritti è, in linea di principio, gratuito. Jungle si riserva comunque il diritto di chiedere un contributo in caso di richieste manifestamente infondate o eccessive (anche ripetitive). Jungle si riserva inoltre il diritto di chiedere informazioni necessarie a fini identificativi del richiedente.
11. Reclamo
Nel caso ritenga che il trattamento dei Suoi Dati violi le disposizioni contenute nel Regolamento, Lei ha il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali oppure, in alternativa, presentare ricorso alla competente Autorità giudiziaria.
12. Trasferimento dei dati all’estero
I Suoi Dati sono conservati presso la sede dell’azienda e su server ubicati nell’Unione Europea.
13. Processi decisionali automatizzati
I Dati non sono oggetto di trattamento mediante un processo decisionale automatizzato.

Pursuant to and in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter, also, “Regulation” or “GDPR”) and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we inform you that the personal data you voluntarily make available to Jungle will be processed in compliance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data and, in any case, with the principles of confidentiality that inspire the company's activity.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Jungle . (C.F. and P.IVA 17649291006), with registered office in Rome, Via Elio Donato 25 : +39 3914314605 , e-mail: [email protected] (hereinafter “Jungle”).
2. Personal data
By personal data we mean any information that concerns you and is referable to you, including those indicated in Article 9 of the Regulations, referred to as “special categories of personal data”, such as, for example, genetic and biometric data, information relating to health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership (hereinafter the “Data”).
Specifically:
Data collected at the time of enrollment.
You will be asked for your Identifying Data, including your first name, last name, and e-mail address.
Any Data collected during registration and/or participation in a Jungle activity.
Through video footage, sound recordings, and photographs may be collected (depending on the type of activity organized).
3. Purposes of processing
The processing of your Data is aimed at:
(a) the registration and participation in the activity;
b) to send service communications, such as confirmation and reminder of the activity registration;
c) to the possible publication and/or dissemination in any form, for informational and/or promotional purposes, of the videos, voice recordings and images that depict you during the activities carried out in the context of the activities on the company's website, in print media
and/or in any other medium of dissemination (depending on the type of activity organized) to witness the implementation of the activity and promote the activity carried out in that context by Jungle;
d) for Jungle's marketing purposes , i.e. to send you promotional newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising (calls
telephone calls and sending e-mails containing advertising material relating to, conventions and popular, cultural or commercial events offered or advertised by Jungle;
e) to the communication to third parties and partner companies of the 'company that have collaborated in the implementation of the activities, for the sending of any commercial communications concerning their own services/products related to the activity itself;
4. Legal basis of processing
The processing of your Data for the purposes a) and b), indicated in point 3. above, has a legal basis in the legitimate interest of the company to ensure the normal conduct of activities. The processing of Your Data for the purpose c), indicated in point 3. above, finds its legal basis in the legitimate interest of the company to witness the realization of its events and promote the activity carried out in this context. The processing of your Data for the purposes d), e) and f) indicated in point 3. above, finds its legal basis in your specific consent, which you are free to give or not and which you may, however, revoke at any time.
5. Nature of the conferment of Data and consequences of a possible refusal
With reference to the purposes indicated in point 3. above, letters a), b) and c), the provision of Your Data is mandatory in nature, as it is necessary for the purposes of participation in the activities. Therefore, your refusal to provide your Data will result in the impossibility of participating in the activity itself.
With reference to the purpose indicated in point 3. above, letter d), the provision of Your Data is optional in nature. Your refusal will not prevent you from participating in the activities, but will simply result in Jungle's inability to process your Data for marketing purposes.
With reference to the purpose indicated in point 3. e) above, the provision of Your Data is optional in nature. Your refusal will not prevent you from participating in the activity, but will simply result in the impossibility for Jungle to process your Data for the purpose of communication to third parties and partner companies of the company that have collaborated in the implementation of the activities, for the purpose of sending any commercial communications concerning its own services/products related to the activity itself.
With reference to the purpose indicated in point 3. f) above, the provision of Your Data is optional in nature. Your refusal will not prevent you from participating in the experience, but will simply result in Jungle's inability to process your Data in order to assess and predict aspects regarding your interests, preferences and habits in order to offer you increasingly targeted and appropriate products and services.
6. Method of processing
Within the scope of the purposes indicated in point 3. above, the processing of Your Data, including any portrayal contained in videos/voice recordings/images, will be carried out by electronic means, in compliance with the regulatory provisions on the processing of personal data, adopting appropriate security measures.
The processing of your Data will be handled by specially trained and educated personnel, precisely to ensure its adequate security and confidentiality, as well as to avoid risks of loss and/or destruction and access by unauthorized parties.
7. Communication and dissemination of Data
Your Data may be communicated:
to specially authorized internal subjects of the company who carry out activities related and instrumental to the management of the requested services;
to subjects specifically appointed as Data Processors;
to third parties and partner companies of the company involved in the realization of the experience.
Within the limits pertinent to the above-mentioned processing purposes, your Data (footage/voice recordings/images) may be subject to publication and/or dissemination in any form on the company's website, social channels (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) and/or any other means of dissemination.
8. Data Retention Period.
Your Data will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed, in full compliance with the principle of storage limitation provided by the Regulations and/or for the time necessary for legal obligations.
The verification of the obsolescence of the retained data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.
9. Rights of the data subject
With reference to your Data, you have the right to request from the company in the manner specified by the Regulations:
access, in the cases provided for;
The rectification of inaccurate Data and the integration of incomplete Data;
the cancellation of the Data for the reasons provided, such as when they are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes indicated above or are not processed in compliance with the Regulation;
the limitation of processing for the envisaged hypotheses, such as when the accuracy of the Data is disputed and its correctness needs to be verified;
the portability, i.e. the right to receive, in the cases provided for, in a structured format for common use and readable by an automatic device the Data and to transmit said Data to another data controller;
opposition to the processing, in the cases provided for.
We also remind you that, with reference to the purposes indicated in point 3. letters d), e) and f) above, you have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your Data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation.
10. Methods of exercising your rights
We inform you that you may exercise the rights referred to in Section 9 above. Through the following modalities:

The deadline for the response is one (1) month, extendable by two (2) months in case of particular complexity; in these cases Jungle however provides at least one interlocutory communication within one (1) month.
The exercise of rights is, in principle, free of charge. However, Jungle reserves the right to charge a fee in case of manifestly unfounded or excessive (including repetitive) claims. Jungle also reserves the right to request information necessary for identification purposes of the applicant.
11. Complaint
If you believe that the processing of your Data violates the provisions contained in the Regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or, alternatively, appeal to the competent judicial authority.
12. Transfer of data abroad
Your Data is stored at the company's headquarters and on servers located in the European Union.
13. Automated decision-making processes
The Data are not processed by automated decision-making.
